Andrew Robinson, 49, citizen of Great Britain is found dead in his camp room in Tengiz, local newspaper Ak Zhaik reports.
According to Gulnazira Mukhtarova, press service head of Atyrau Internal Affairs Department, expat’s body was discovered in the morning of August 13. Forensic-medical examination has been performed. According to the preliminary version – the death was caused by a heart attack.
Reporedly, Robinson worked for Atyrau-Bolashak company as a production operations manager at Tengiz field in Western Kazakhstan. His colleagues discovered the body when they went to check why he didn’t report to work that morning. The body of the deceased was transported from Tengiz to Atyrau last night. His family in Great Britain has been informed.
