Just a closest place – Atyrau has the highest number of International Oil and Gas companies such as Shell, KBR, ExxonMobil, KBR, FLUOR Worley Parsons, Agip KCO, Shlumberger, Haliburton and many more where foreigners and English speakers work. And that, of course, has a certain influence on that region. There is an obvious raise of economics, business development and social life. The region has a great potential and perspectives boosted by the project.
Unfortunately, media development for this region is still weak and needs a push to face bigger changes.
